On the MSc Innovation in Healthcare program at CBS we run a project course where groups of International and Danish students with various educational backgrounds are challenged with real-life problems from the Healthcare sector/industry. The students are highly motivated to deliver recommendations to challenge providers, and we have had very positive feedback from the challenge providers who receive a report and an oral presentation from the student group.
The course will start in late January 2026, and we would kindly ask if you would like to be a challenge provider in the coming course?
The requirements for the challenge provider are as follows:
- You deliver a challenge related to healthcare and an innovation process. The challenge could include components such as development, implementation, diffusion, partnerships, IP, regulatory issues, market access, pricing, user involvement, stakeholder analysis etc.
- You describe the challenge in an and email it to me before December 1st, 2025. We discuss and adjust the challenge and make it ready for the start of the course.
- A group of students work on the challenge, collect data, and conduct interviews with stakeholders, and you are expected to have at least three meetings (each around 1 hour) with the student group during the semester (February to May).
- The students send you their report with recommendations in late May and together with the students you plan a 30 min presentation from the student group where you and your colleagues provide the students with some feedback (15-30 min)
- The student group will also be supervised by faculty at CBS, and the final oral exam (early June) will be handled by CBS faculty here at CBS.
